About The Role

Due to industry growth, we now have a requirement for self-driven and highly motivated person to come in and build on their expertise in the support sector and complement the existing team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide first line I.T support (Fix) to end users.
  • Interpret customer requirements and provide advice and support on potential solutions to resolve (fix) I.T related issues as they arise.
  • Plan and support the delivery of agreed work programmes.
  • To assist in the provision of an effective support desk service across TES 2000 Ltd.
  • Ensure users are informed on status and progress of incidents logged with the service desk and ensure that routine tasks needed to meet user requirements are undertaken correctly and on time.
  • To liaise with the relevant technical teams as required ensuring calls from customers are escalated as appropriate in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Administer our Active Directory services
  • Provide IT project support, Azure Intune, Mobile phone MDM enrolment, Laptop restoring & Configuring.

About You

Desirable Experience:-

  • Windows 10 & 11 Administration & Support
  • Active Directory Administration, new user setups (User Accounts, O365 Mailboxes)
  • Networking knowledge covering Local Area Networks, Switches & WIFI
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to quickly learn procedures and technologies
  • Able to install, configure, upgrade, and relocate PC hardware, software, and print devices
  • Experience of PC hardware troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience and advantage
  • Basic Administration MDM Systems (Intune, Managed Engine)

Full training will be provided, therefore, this role would be predominately based at our onsite Colchester office.
