About The Opportunity

TES has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-profile rail infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects from planning and mobilisation through to successful completion and handover. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining the excellent service our clients expect.

As a Construction Manager, you'll lead project delivery activities, manage resources and subcontractors, coordinate plant and labour requirements, and oversee project budgets and commercial performance. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track, risks are effectively managed, and operational objectives are achieved.

You'll also play an important role in providing technical and engineering assurance, ensuring compliance with company, client and industry standards. From producing project documentation and safe systems of work to monitoring project progress on site, you'll be instrumental in driving safe and efficient project delivery.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. You'll be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, managing project risks, ensuring robust work planning is in place, and leading site teams to deliver work safely and productively.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading teams, building strong client relationships and delivering successful projects in a fast-paced rail environment. If you're a proactive and commercially minded construction professional with a passion for achieving results, we'd love to hear from you.
