About The Opportunity

TES 2000 has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established rail safety company as Rail Support Staff within the Possession Management Department in the North East region. As a Rail Possession Support Staff you will join our Possession Management Department, on a 0-hour contract, with availability of mainly nights during the weekend. We are ideally looking for new colleagues based in and around Hull, Doncaster and Leeds - **please note that being a driver is essential for this role.** We can offer development opportunities to help you achieve your potential! We are able to offer various pay models including Umbrella, CiS and PAYE. We want to give you the flexibility to suit your lifestyle and needs. Training, which is fully funded, will be held at our Doncaster office on the following dates:
  • 4th August
  • 5th August
  • Choice of 4 dates between 6th and 10th August
  • 18th to 22nd August

About You

To access the fully funded training with TES Academy you must: Be aged 18+ Be able to pass a Network Rail Medical and Drugs & Alcohol Screening Willing to travel within an hour across the Northeast region (Driver essential). Be available for the duration of the training dates
Be a driver with own vehicle The Rail Possession Support Staff typical shift: Carry out safety critical tasks under the control of the Person In Charge of Possession (PICOP) Place marker boards and detonators within safe working limits to create safe work sites on the rail lines To comply with all safety requirements Ensure all PPE is worn as required. Use all tools appropriately and correctly. Attend all courses and team briefs as required. Maintain good timekeeping and attendance. To act in a professional manner
