The ideal Track Operative Staff will:
Hold the following competencies:
- PTS and TIC (Track Induction)
Have availability for day, night, weekend and bank holiday shifts.
Be located within Colchester, Harwich, Clacton and Ipswich areas.
Hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.
The Track Operative Staff typical shift:
Carry out maintenance and renewals tasks as instructed.
To comply with all safety requirements
Ensure all PPE is worn as required.
Use all tools appropriately and correctly.
Attend all courses and team briefs as required.
Maintain good timekeeping and attendance.
